Excel Communications was established in 2001 as a structured cabling and telecommunications company by George Nolte and Derek Loux. Excel has grown each year to now include a dedicated staff of trained technicians, sales associates, and an administrative staff serving the tri-state area (PA, NJ, DE), and clients across the country.
Excel Communications is structured to execute multi-site, multi-national turn-key solutions. Utilizing a proven methodology at the highest possible level of customer satisfaction, our goal is to provide the highest quality service and solutions to meet the needs of each valued customer.

Our Leadership
Under the leadership of Kristen Mallonee and Derek Loux, Excel Communications has over 120 employees, and continues to grow. We serve large Fortune 500 clients in the financial, healthcare, government, education, manufacturing, and commercial industries, as well as smaller, local companies.

Derek's acumen in technology and security initiated the start-up of his first company, Excel Communications Worldwide in 2001. His passion for building technologically advanced systems and more secure, safe spaces for his clients is deeply rooted in his personal journey of growing up in a less-than-ideal family dynamic. As a result, this parlayed into creating a non-profit organization which has been instrumental in anonymously funding and defraying expenses for other single-parent families in the community, specifically in organized sports for children and youth.
Derek serves on the board of Worthwhile Wear, an organization fighting to end human trafficking. He also has served on the board of Torch Sports Ministry for several years. Derek credits his faith and his personal background to his strong dedication to service-driven missions and businesses.
